You will apply title underwriting standards, review deeds, affidavits, and clearance documents, and maintain precise notes for internal and external customers.

Remote US openings require strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing requests while meeting closing timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex title curative files and legal documents.
• Ability to analyze title defects and clearance documents.
• Strong organizational skills with pipeline management.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Review files to identify title defects, clearance evidence, and escalation needs.
• Analyze clearance documents including divorce, probate, trusts, POA, and entity docs.
• Independently manage an assigned pipeline and track deadlines with notes.
• Collaborate with underwriters; seek second opinions as needed.
• Prepare deeds, affidavits, correction documents, forms, and commitments.
• Order deeds and review vendor-prepared deeds for accuracy.
