Job summary

Vehlo is seeking a Customer Success Associate (Tire Guru) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will focus on building trusted advisor relationships with shop owners and key stakeholders, driving ongoing value from the Tire Guru platform.

Responsibilities include monitoring health signals, increasing product adoption through training, and collaborating with Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience and improve retention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or SaaS support.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and email.
• Experience with CRM tools and CS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with shop owners, general managers and stakeholders.
• Proactively monitor customer health and usage signals to identify risks.
• Drive feature adoption across Tire Guru and deliver training sessions.
• Provide ongoing customer education through webinars and office hours.
• Collaborate with Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the customer perspective to internal teams to improve retention and value.
