Job summary

RTX is seeking a detail-oriented Time & Labor Analyst to join our Global Time & Labor Management team. This remote role supports hourly payroll controls, case management, and policy compliance across the US, with travel as needed. You will handle tickets, research calculations, and maintain confidentiality while improving processes.

You will collaborate with HR and finance partners, apply wage and hour laws, and contribute to service quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
• Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
• Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow-through until resolution.
• Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
• Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
