Job summary

RTX is seeking a Remote Global Time & Labor Management professional to join our Enterprise Services team. You will ensure accurate timecards and compliance with wage laws, while handling ServiceNow tickets and performing data-driven analysis to support labor processes.

You will triage cases, provide guided support to employees and managers, maintain confidentiality, and identify efficiency improvements. This is a remote role with potential site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
• Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
• Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow-through until resolution.
• Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
• Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
