Job summary

RTX's Global Time & Labor Management team seeks a capable professional to ensure accurate and compliant timekeeping and payroll processes across the enterprise. This hybrid role requires strong analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills to support employees and managers.

You will triage service cases, conduct research, and resolve issues while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with wage and hour laws. Prior payroll/timekeeping experience in a corporate setting is preferred.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree (or equivalent) with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in payroll/timekeeping, auditing, or compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first‑line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies.
  • Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated system with proper documentation and follow‑through to resolution.
  • Effectively support customers through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and compliance.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
