Job summary

RTX is seeking a skilled Time & Labor Professional to support the Global Time & Labor Management team. You will handle timecard accuracy and compliance, manage service cases, and ensure efficient, confidential handling of employee data in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires 6+ years in payroll/timekeeping or related fields, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and familiarity with SAP, EV5, and Workday.

Qualifications

• An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
• Strong PC-based skills; Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
• Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow‑through until resolution.
• Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
• Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
