Job summary
RTX seeks a Project Support Analyst to join Time & Labor Management, partnering with Payroll, HR, and Operations to drive enterprise initiatives. The role supports projects, implementations, compliance, and analytics, serving as a developing SME across multiple functional areas.
The position is hybrid, with residency within commuting distance of Richardson, TX; travel and cross-site collaboration may be required. A strong background in accounting/finance and payroll is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline required.
- 2+ years of payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, or compliance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an operational SME supporting managers and cross-functional teams.
- Lead or support projects, enterprise implementations and operational readiness.
- Provide advanced operational support across Time & Labor function areas.
- Assist with testing, validation, and deployment for system changes.
- Create and maintain process docs, training materials, and reporting resources.
- Support reporting and data analysis using Excel, SAP, Power BI, or related systems.
