Job summary

RTX is seeking a strong candidate for the Global Time & Labor Management team in the United States. The role focuses on ensuring accurate timecards, policy compliance, and efficient service case handling in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include first-line employee support, case management, and ensuring alignment with wage-hour laws and RTX policies, with a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance experience.
• Experience demonstrating intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience in Payroll or Timekeeping gained in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP, EV5, and Workday with emphasis within areas of Payroll or Timekeeping
• Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively with effective problem solving and decision-making skills to promote work efficiency
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first-line resource for employees and managers by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
• Create, triage, and manage service cases in the designated case management system, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and follow‑through until resolution.
• Effective customer support through reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
• Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the employee support experience and ensure compliance.
• Understand and ensure compliance with federal & State wage and hour laws and RTX policies.
