Job summary

Spotlight Media is a fast-growing TikTok Shop partner agency seeking a Senior Client Partnerships Manager to orchestrate growth for flagship clients. You’ll lead strategy, own P&L levers, and drive multi-team execution, ensuring client success and scalable playbooks.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll mentor junior teammates, partner with creative and paid media teams, and set quarterly metrics across GMV, ROI, and margins. Remote work from the US with NYC hybrid options.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years’ experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or social commerce.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience (Seller Center, creator marketplace, live shopping, or shop ads).
• Proven track record of owning revenue growth targets (GMV, AOV, margins).
• Analytical depth; comfortable with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
• Exceptional client communication and executive storytelling.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and charting a path forward.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Must have at least one year of TikTok Shop end-to-end management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel TikTok Shop growth strategies including assortment, pricing, promotions, content, live events, and creator programs.
• Set quarterly GMV, ROI, and margin goals and deliver them.
• Conduct weekly/quarterly business reviews and translate performance into insights for executives.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, upsells, and scope evolution.
• Build and manage affiliate/creator programs with commissions and KPIs.
• Lead live shopping events end-to-end and optimize content for conversion.
• Develop dashboards and interpret data to inform client strategies.
