Job summary

Spotlight Media is a TikTok Shop–focused agency seeking an Account Manager based in Los Angeles. This remote role requires you to be LA-based to meet client needs. You will translate strategy into action, drive execution, and maintain shop health while collaborating across Content, Media, and Ops teams.

You will grow from execution and operations to leadership and strategy, with a clear path to Senior Account Manager for high performers, in a fast-paced, autonomy-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–7+ years in e-commerce, marketplaces, digital marketing, or client-facing operations.
• Strong project management with timelines, ownership of tasks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and dashboards/basic analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a service mindset.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and eagerness to learn playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Run the account operating rhythm: prep agendas, notes, action items, and recap for meetings.
• Build 30–60–90 day plans for each client; track owners, timelines, and success metrics weekly.
• Draft client updates and slides; translate data into clear narratives and next steps.
• Manage tickets, chase dependencies, and keep stakeholders aligned on timelines.
• Own day-to-day TikTok Shop execution tasks, account health, and promotions in coordination with teams.
