Job summary

Qure Skincare is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to own the US market end-to-end from revenue to campaigns. This remote role reports to the Head of Growth and leads one external TikTok Shop agency and a virtual assistant, collaborating with Finance, Operations and Creative.

You will manage campaigns, promotions, pricing, and CRM, build forecasts, nurture creator partnerships, and turn content insights into strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on TikTok Shop ownership in US market.
• Experience with creator/affiliate programs.
• Strong numerical literacy including ROI and GMV impact.
• Ability to manage external agencies and virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok Shop US revenue and profitability, campaigns, promotions, and creator community.
• Lead one external TikTok Shop agency and one VA; coordinate with Finance, Operations and Creative.
• Plan and run platform campaigns, promotions, and pricing while protecting gross margin.
• Grow and engage creator community through challenges, VIP groups, and regular calls.
• Maintain trackers and SOPs; document processes for cross-team alignment.
