Job summary

Grail Talent is seeking a TikTok Shop Account Executive to drive new business and expand ongoing partnerships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The role requires sourcing, pitching, and closing brands for our TikTok Shop program while managing relationships across US clients and international entrants into the US market.

You will own the full sales cycle, report in HubSpot, and maintain a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum of Sales, Account Executive or Business Development experience.
• Comfort working daily inside a CRM (HubSpot experience a plus).
• Strong written communication skills for outreach across email and social channels.
• Bonus: familiarity with TikTok Shop.
• Multilingual candidates a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, but also international clients entering the US market, through targeted, research-backed outreach across email, Instagram, and other channels.
• Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members.
• Owning the strategy in your target region.
• Building and maintaining a professional social media presence (Instagram or LinkedIn) as a core sales tool.
• Owning your pipeline in HubSpot: accurate lead sourcing, deal staging, and brand fit scoring at intake.
• Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads.
• Building full proposals and P&Ls independently for prospective clients.
• Hitting weekly activity benchmarks (outreach volume, meetings booked, leads added) and monthly closing targets.
• Working with existing clients to expand in the US market and identify upsell opportunities.
• Researching and identifying potential partners, including using tools like Kalodata to assess TikTok Shop readiness.
• Maintaining regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities.

The Role:
As a TikTok Shop Account Executive at Grail, you'll drive new business by sourcing, pitching, and closing brand partnerships for our TikTok Shop program, while also expanding our existing client relationships into longer-term partnerships. This role owns the full pipeline, from research and outreach through to closing and account growth, and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-driven sales environment.

You’ll need strong organizational skills and comfort working inside a CRM daily, since accurate reporting and pipeline hygiene are core to how this team operates, not an afterthought.

Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US. In particular we’re looking for someone to be able to cover the US market for our team on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
