Job summary

Jobgether SRL is hiring a Strategist for TikTok Shop in the United States. You will own growth roadmaps, perform catalog audits, optimize product listings, and guide investment decisions across multiple channels. This role blends e-commerce strategy, analytics, and creator marketing with hands-on execution.

You will lead client-facing engagements, coordinate with specialist teams, and drive 12-month strategies while adapting to a fast-paced social commerce environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ecommerce strategy or related field.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop, social commerce, or creator-led marketing
• Audit catalogs and decide go/no-go based on profitability and fit
• Experience with product listing optimization, SEO, and pricing
• Strong financial and analytical skills with margins, ROAS, and Δ contributions
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience with brands

Responsibilities

• Own assigned TikTok Shop accounts with a 12-month growth roadmap.
• Lead catalog audits across TikTok Shop, Amazon, D2C, and marketplaces.
• Evaluate products for profitability, content potential, and inventory.
• Select 1–3 Hero Products and build scalable strategy.
• Prepare products for launch: optimize titles, descriptions, images, pricing.
• Monitor parity, compliance, and shop health for launches.
• Develop quarterly milestones and 90-day scale reviews.
• Track GMV, ROAS, CM, AOV, and creator efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations and translate data into actions.
• Collaborate with Sampling, Affiliate, and Account teams.
• Lead client interactions: kickoff, reviews, strategy sessions.
• Document decisions with clear, measurable data.
• Share insights to improve offerings across TikTok Shop.
