Oceans Talent is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Manager to lead the creator and affiliate operations across Latin American markets and global teams. You’ll recruit, tier, and activate creators, manage UGC agencies, and optimize content for GMV and paid campaigns.

You’ll work remotely with a global team, reporting to the TikTok Shop Director and collaborating with the VP of Digital. The role emphasizes performance-driven execution, strategic briefs, and scalable processes.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting, activating, and retaining TikTok creator networks.
• Experience managing external UGC agencies for high-volume content production.
• Strong analytics for performance reports and agency scorecards.

Responsabilidades

• Draft weekly creator briefs and guide high-converting hooks.
