Job summary

Effortless Office is seeking a Tier 2 NOC Analyst to monitor client environments, investigate incidents, and provide escalation support to Service Delivery Teams. Remote-based role with afterhours coverage and a focus on IT operations, alerts, and knowledge base improvements.

You will work with RMM, SIEM, and cloud platforms, handle tickets, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to documentation. 3–7 years in IT/MSP preferred, with relevant certifications and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 3–7 years IT/help desk/MSP experience.
• Required certifications: MS-102 and CompTIA Net+ or CCNA.
• Preferred: VCP and Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems and 24/7 on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards and alerts from RMM, SIEM, backups, and other platforms.
• Respond to afterhours incidents and escalate as needed.
• Document resolutions and SOP improvements in KBs.
• Update tickets with notes, status, and actions taken.
