Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring an IT Support Technician Tier 2 for a full-time remote role. You will resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, manage tickets, and document solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

This position emphasizes imaging, configuring laptops, and collaborating with IT peers to uphold service standards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, HS diploma or GED, and familiarity with imaging and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• IT certifications or coursework are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years IT support experience preferred.
• Experience imaging/reimaging laptops and peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and service desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Investigate escalated issues beyond Tier 1 capabilities.
• Document and track tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide advanced support for desktops, servers, and applications.
• Escalate to Tier 3 when necessary based on complexity.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and KB articles.
• Participate in training programs as needed.
