Job summary

Classic Collision Corporate Services LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician Tier 2 to provide advanced technical support for imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and peripherals across the organization. This full-time remote role requires strong problem-solving and communication as you handle tickets beyond Tier 1.

You will document activities, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with the IT team to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 2+ years of related IT support experience preferred
• Experience imaging, reimaging, and configuring laptops/peripherals
• Proficiency with ticketing systems and documenting support activities
• Willingness to assist with IT projects and team efforts

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and service desk
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues using structured problem-solving
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues beyond Tier 1 capabilities
• Document and track support tickets accurately to ensure timely resolution
• Provide advanced support for desktops, servers, and applications
• Determine when to escalate to Tier 3 based on complexity
• Reproduce problems to identify root causes and validate fixes
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Participate in training programs related to IT processes
