Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred.
• 2+ years in IT desktop support, network admin, or technical ops (healthcare exp preferred).
• Strong background supporting Google Workspace, Ninja One, ConnectWise, and Salesforce.
• Hands-on admin for 8x8 VoIP/telephony: queues, auto-attendants, scripts.
• Solid understanding of core IT infra: AD, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Firewalls, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 2 escalations and conduct remote diagnostics.
• Manage Google Workspace, Ninja One, ConnectWise, and Salesforce environments.
• Administer 8x8 telephony: queues, routing, and auto-attendant changes.
• Provide mentoring and training to Tier 1 staff and enable go-live support.
• Drive process improvements and documentation for IT operations.
