Job summary
Privia Health seeks a remote IT Support/Network Administrator to resolve Tier 2 escalations and conduct advanced remote diagnostics. You will manage Meraki-based network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and DNS, and oversee deployments for clinical equipment such as EKG and spirometry.

Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or network administration
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience preferred
- Strong technical background in Google Workspace, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, and Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with 8x8 VoIP telephony systems and Cisco Meraki hardware
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex, high-priority Tier 2 technical escalations and conduct advanced remote diagnostic sessions.
- Manage network infrastructure, including Meraki firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and DNS configurations.
- Oversee specialized hardware deployments and diagnostics for clinical equipment like EKG and spirometry.
