Job summary

New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer (Inside Service Engineer) to deliver prompt support to end users. You will handle printers, MFA, password resets, and antivirus alerts while configuring client applications and user setups.

This remote position requires strong communication and teamwork. You will work with ConnectWise PSA and IT Glue, gain exposure to Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, and MSP workflows, and participate in regular team meetings to stay

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting end users in service/help desk.
• Familiar with printers, password resets, MFA and antivirus alerts.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting work.

Responsibilities

• Work from centralized Service Center or remotely to support client environments.
• Provide timely, professional support for desktops, VMs, and networks.
• Maintain detailed documentation using IT Glue and ConnectWise PSA; communicate with clients.
