TEKsystems is hiring an IT support specialist for a 9-week contract based out of New Albany, OH. You will provide Tier 1 technical support for Android devices and apps used by associates, troubleshooting connectivity, configuration, and performance to ensure smooth in-store digital experiences.

The role requires strong customer service, quick problem diagnosis, and a drive to deliver timely, high-quality IT support. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Provides Tier 1 IT support for Android devices and apps used by associates.
• Strong customer service mindset and quick problem diagnosis.
• Able to diagnose hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Experience supporting POS systems, printers, handheld devices and desktop tech.

Responsibilities

• Offer first-line technical assistance to end-users.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, configuration and performance of Android apps/devices.
• Support in-store digital experiences with minimal business disruption.
• Adhere to weekend work requirements and contract duration (9 weeks).
