Job summary

Secur-Serv, a Nebraska-based managed IT services provider, seeks a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician for remote work from anywhere in the continental U.S. (excluding listed states). Based in Omaha, NE, the role supports client environments with remote troubleshooting and on-site coordination.

You will handle user creation, software updates, driver configurations, and ensure first-line support with strong customer service and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

1 year of work experience in a customer-focused IT Help Desk position.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment and Windows 10 software.
Proven Active Directory experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment and software applications with a customer-first focus.
Provide technical support over the phone and via remote tooling.
Deliver first-class customer service experiences.
Monitor customer system environments and functions.
Escalate issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
Meet attendance requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
