Job summary

Secur-Serv is seeking a Senior IT Implementation Engineer II to lead client-facing technology deployments. You will work on cloud and hybrid infrastructure, virtual environments, and security configurations while guiding projects and mentoring teammates.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Remote work is offered with occasional travel to client sites and the Omaha, NE area.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting server and endpoint operating systems.
• 5 years of experience with technology infrastructure including cloud solutions, servers, endpoints, and networking devices.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Administration of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy complex technology solutions including cloud services and on-premises infrastructure.
• Create, configure, migrate, and manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot network devices and security architectures.
• Administer Active Directory, including domains migration.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 services and security across cloud/hybrid envs.
• Provide remote support for field technicians and project leadership for implementatons.
• Travel to regional customer sites occasionally as needed.
