Santander Group is hiring a Manager, Third Party Risk - Vendor Management. You will lead the Vendor Management team, oversee relationships with third parties, and coordinate audits, meetings, and change requests per agreements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present to senior management. It is remote in multiple US states with a broad base salary range.

Qualifications

• 5+ years financial services industry experience.
• 5+ years minimum of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
• Demonstrated application of statistical analysis and problem solving.
• Ability to interact with Executive Management and leadership across departments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain relationships with third parties.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and communications with partners or agreements.
• Oversee day-to-day workflow and resource allocation of Vendor Management.
• Prepare regular status reports and present to partners.
• Coach and train Vendor Management associates.
