Santander is seeking a 3rd Party Risk Management Associate in the United States to oversee vendor relationships, perform business reviews, and ensure compliance with TPRM standards. You will coordinate onboarding and review certificates of insurance.

With 5+ years in vendor management, you will partner with procurement, legal, and finance to drive improvements, monitor performance, and negotiate favorable terms. A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Coordinate and perform business reviews, exit strategies, and Inherent Risk Assessments per TPRM standards.
• Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and maintain open lines of communication.
• Manage onboarding process for new vendors, timelines, documentation, and introductory meetings.
• Request and review certificates of insurance to ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee timely upload and review of vendor reports for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to streamline processes.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and report to stakeholders; drive corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business line owners.
