Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with vendor management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform business reviews and risk assessments while ensuring adherence to TPRM standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and address concerns promptly.
• Manage onboarding for new vendors, including timelines and documentation.
• Request and review certificates of insurance to ensure contractual compliance.
• Oversee timely upload and review of vendor reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to streamline processes.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and drive improvements with corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business line owners.
