Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers/assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation and comply with laws and policies.
