Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections professionals to join a nationwide, 100% remote team. The role emphasizes negotiation, skip-tracing, and compliant recovery of delinquent accounts while maintaining a professional, confidential work environment.

Candidates should have at least two years in third-party collections, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office. A performance-based compensation structure is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
