Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced collections professionals to work from home on a nationwide team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and maintain compliant documentation.

This 100% remote role offers commission-based earning potential, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits starting after 30 days. Candidates must have at least 2 years' debt-collection experience and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies.
