You will negotiate, settle accounts, and navigate compliance to help recover delinquent debts while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently in a remote workspace.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements per borrowers' finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional interactions while handling difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
