LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. If you have debt-collection experience, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of results, we want to hear from you!

Work from home with a performance-based commission structure and a Monday–Friday schedule. We value professionalism, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and teammates while working remotely.
