Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing methods to locate borrowers/assets.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and compliance with laws.
