LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring remote Collections Specialists to work from home in Hawaii, negotiating with borrowers, and complying with regulations. The role emphasizes performance-driven results and professional communication in a high-volume environment.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, arrange payments, and use skip-tracing to locate accounts while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting departmental goals.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding collection goals.
