Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Interest in Disney destinations or travel planning preferred.
• Experience in customer service or travel planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options including theme park resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, and preferences.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, payments, and travel requirements clearly.
• Monitor multiple client requests with high accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support for a smooth, well-coordinated planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, and destination information.
