Escapesbysandra is seeking a detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families, couples, and groups plan memorable vacations, with a focus on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, and cruises. This remote role guides clients from inquiry to final details, offering expert travel planning and outstanding service.

You will research options, coordinate accommodations, tickets, transportation, and add-ons, and maintain accurate client records while staying updated on

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences.
• Research and organize vacation options including resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, and travel requirements to clients.
• Monitor multiple client requests with accuracy and organization.
• Provide ongoing support for a smooth planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources and supplier updates.
