Escapesbysandra is seeking a Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help clients plan memorable vacations across Disney destinations, theme parks, cruises, and resort stays. This remote role supports families and groups from first inquiry to final details, ensuring a smooth, well-organized planning process.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to navigate multiple options while providing professional service and clear guidance throughout the planning journey.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests and budget.
• Research and organize vacation options including theme park resorts, accommodations, and add-ons.
• Support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, and preferences.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, and travel requirements to clients.
• Monitor multiple client requests with accuracy and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support for a smooth planning experience.
• Stay updated with training resources, supplier updates, and destination information.
