Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations
• Research vacation options including theme park resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and add-ons
• Provide support for family and theme park destinations like Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience
