Escapesbysandra is seeking a detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families and travelers plan memorable vacations. The role focuses on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays, with full remote work and ongoing training support.

The ideal candidate will assist clients from initial inquiry through final details, researching options, and maintaining organized records while delivering a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, and travel requirements to clients.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to create a smooth and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
