This remote role emphasizes high-quality service from inquiry to final details.

The ideal candidate enjoys assisting families, couples, and groups, excels at researching options, coordinating travel components, and communicating clearly throughout the planning process.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
