Escapesbysandra is seeking a Detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families, couples, and groups plan memorable vacations. You will manage inquiries from first contact through final details, focusing on Disney destinations, theme parks, cruises, and resort stays.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and capable of researching options, coordinating travel details, and delivering enthusiastic, high-quality service remotely.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, travel style, and destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options including resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney destinations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and documentation.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, and travel requirements to clients.
• Monitor multiple client requests with high accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to create a smooth, well-coordinated planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, and destination information.
