Job summary

Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to assist clients in planning memorable vacations, with a focus on Disney destinations, theme park getaways, cruises, and resort stays. This remote role serves families, couples, and groups from inquiry to final details.

You will research options, organize accommodations, tickets, transportation, and extras, maintain client records, and deliver friendly, proactive service.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
