Escapesbysandra is seeking a detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to assist clients in planning memorable vacations, with emphasis on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays.

This remote role supports families, couples, and groups from inquiry to final itinerary, providing professional service, organized travel options, and ongoing planning assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Capable of managing multiple client requests.
• Interest in Disney destinations and family travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, travel style.
• Research and organize vacation options, including resorts, accommodations, transport, cruises, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive stays.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and documentation.
• Explain vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests with high accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to create a smooth, coordinated planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, and destination information.
