Job summary

Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help clients plan memorable vacations, focusing on Disney destinations, theme park getaways, cruises, and resort stays. This remote role emphasizes delivering excellent service from inquiry to final details.

You will research options, coordinate lodging, transportation, tickets, and add-ons, respond promptly to inquiries, maintain client records, and guide families and groups through timelines

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
