Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help clients plan memorable Disney, Universal, cruises, and resort getaways. This remote role focuses on delivering detailed vacation options from inquiry to final booking with a client-centered, service-minded approach.

The ideal candidate works independently from home, excels at research, communicates clearly, and can juggle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning personalized vacation experiences based on their interests, budget, travel style, and preferred destinations.
• Research and organize vacation options, including theme park resorts, ticket options, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and travel add-ons.
• Provide support for popular family and theme park destinations, including Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resort experiences.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
• Help clients understand vacation options, timelines, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and important trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to help create a smooth, enjoyable, and well-coordinated vacation planning experience.
• Stay engaged with training resources, supplier updates, destination information, and travel-related tools.
