Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and assess how well they follow prompts. You will write precise explanations of what appeared off and why.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication, comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Ability to articulate explanations in writing for evaluation results.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing observed issues.
