Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate how well it follows prompts. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write concise explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours, paid on a 1099-style freelance basis. Access to leading LLMs and a supportive feedback loop help improve AI systems used in real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations.
• Currently accepting applicants from United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Writing explanations in English detailing observed issues.
• Labeling tasks across image, video, and audio evaluations.
