Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your own schedule.

With flexible hours and weekly payments, you can work from home or while traveling. You’ll help shape AI systems by providing precise feedback and written explanations of each evaluation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Write a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
