• Experience with Texas Home Equity Foreclosure and judicial foreclosure.
• Familiarity with servicer foreclosure processing systems like BKFS or Tempo.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and serve pleadings; manage case records and deadlines.
• Provide timely updates to clients on pending matters.
• Maintain calendars and case data across internal/client systems.
• Ensure accuracy of case data and statuses.
• Duties may include other tasks and occasional extended hours.
