Job summary

McCarthy & Holthus, LLP. is seeking a Judicial Litigation Team Coordinator in Plano, TX to oversee 2-4 direct reports and manage the non-judicial foreclosure process from referral through sale.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction, process compliance, and performance metrics within a regulated environment. The position is full-time, onsite 2-3 days per week after a 90-day training period, with a schedule of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 5 years of foreclosure experience.
• Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to maintain client service and cohesive relationships.
• Lead, train, and coach the team.
• Maintain internal SLAs across the team.
• Perform root cause analysis to remove production blockers.
• Implement process changes to ensure compliance with federal and client directives.
• Prepare and deliver reports (e.g., client scorecards, daily production reports).
