Qualifications

• Expertise in contested default and banking/mortgage servicing litigation.
• Active license to practice law in Texas required.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal oversight and strategic direction for the firm's litigation matters.
• Manage a diverse caseload of banking litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory laws.
• Monitor regulatory changes and propose process modifications.
• Advise operational staff on litigation-related issues.
• Review and approve procedural changes for legal soundness.
• May work extended hours as needed.
