Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Texas required.

Responsibilities

Provide legal oversight and strategic direction for the firm's litigation matters.
Manage a diverse caseload of banking litigation matters.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory laws.
Monitor regulatory changes and propose process modifications.
Advise operational staff on litigation-related issues.
Review and approve procedural changes for legal soundness.
May work extended hours as needed.
